Well...what a day!! My brother George has also got into CCS!!!!! He won his appeal, arguing that his sister (me) was due to start in September, that he has been identified as being 'exceptionally Gifted & Talented' in music, and that dads a police officer, mums a midwife, arguing that they are 'key members of the community' ! Horrrrrrrrrrayy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Only thing is...when I tell harrison (his sister didn't get in, even after her appeal :( )....
Anyhow, CCS is fantastic!!!!! Mums friend even thinks that its of the same standard as private school! ( average class size 8-15), fresh new computers with decent stuff on them, personal laptops, wi-fi, libary with DVD rental and comfy chairs, common room will have leather sofas, flatscreen TVs, PCS, big flat screens if you prefer to work on a big screen that connects to your laptop, laptop charging points, loads of cafes and approachable and down-to -earth teachers!! FANTASTIC!
On a slightly negative note, lydie and her friend are up to their immature antics again- FOR GODS SAKE WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM!?
Haven't told Ellie as A. I don't want her to worry, B. Shes friendly with her.
Told Sarah all about it, she said we'll just have to hope she doesn't get very good results (*fingerscrossed*)

Well...what a feww months!
First off, I would like to apologise for not updating for god knows how many months! As you probably know its just the end of exam season, and I have officially finished my GCSEs!!! WOHOOO!
If you don't already know, I have got a conditional placement at CCS, as long as I get 5Bs or equivalent, and my induction day(s) are in only 2 days time! Wow!!!
Went to look at prom dresses today, and actually found one I actually liked, which is a start, Ellie is hoping to come and buy it with me! Anyhow....results at 10 am on 23rd of August, Please , please,please let me get my 5 Bs!!!!
Just had a few scoops of ben 'n' jerrys ice cream and now in front of jerry springer (yes I hear you. I am not sad. The laptop just happened to be in the room-promise! I wouldn't waste my life watching that stuff! ;) )
Anyhow, I will now sign off.

Art next
Got Art next- I got a "Postcard Home" on Friday that stated she was pleased with the extra effort that i had been putting in recently, and my drawings were beautiful as always! (What praise! :) ) . Got some small updates.
It coursework in on friday, so trying my best to get it finished whenever I can. I hope I get a A at least, or even better- an A*!
Apparently, from my teachers I have already passed my BTEC so far, and the other day my LSA said "if you get a merit- il collaspe!", which quite naturally, I told her prepare her knee-pads because shes going to keel over in august, and hopefully stay their whilst I wave a "distinction" certificate in her face. Well...thats the plan anyway!!
Got some design coursework and RE stuff to do tonight, because thats gotta be handed in aswell.
Also the other day my TA tried to give me a lesson on "sugarcoated writing" in citizenship the other day. Nope, nothing to do with icing cakes, basically making it less ovious your telling somone you think their a moron. It was about whether we should restrict certain kinds of dog. I've handed it in to my citizenship teacher, who is also the head, to see what he thinks. Wish me luck! ;)

In LS (again)
This is really bad. I've forgotten to update this blog AGAIN!!!! So, whilst I have 10mins of free time, I might aswell update:
Well, I'm 16 now for a start (My birthday was on the 11th!) and I got a k610i and a portable DVD player, my own bodyweight in chocolate, books and money...so i didn't do too badly lol :)
I had some mates round for tea and a sleepover, and on the sunday I went to crufts to see the best in show.
PE next, found trainers and remembered kit, so should be ok. (threatened dentention on friday *ooops*)

about to hand in art coursework
Just about to hand in art coursework- printed off photos and drawn 2 colour drawings on a small envelope (hope it will be ok- the only one in the house that wasnt brown or had a dodgy blue background :P) .
George has his first day of his mock SATs today, so hopefully he will do ok in those. Given 2 weeks to find out whether I will get into CCS (*fingers crossed* - I want to study Applied IT, i-pro, Product Design and Media- one of the only schools that doesnt have it in the same option block :P) hopefully the fact I am doing 2 IT courses might appeal!!! (Their specilist subjects are buisness and IT).
So.....
2 weeks till my birthday- I can't wait... I will be 16! I'm invited a few ates to come round, and sleepover, and then soem other friends of ours might be coming on the saturday, and sunday, 11th of march (my actual birthday) I will be going to crufts and i will see "Best in Show" which will be V. cool.
Better log off lol!

Oops.
I have just come back from half term, George has come back from his trip in austria(army cadettes) and has returned extremly jetlagged (or shall we say "ferrylagged"!) after his 30 hour journey so hes not in school today.
I on the otherhand had a rather nice trip to harragate for a week! Handed in art coursework today- couldn't hand them in as my camera just died whilst transferring the files (doesnt the battery die of the most convinient of times!) so they need to charge, plus I had not manipilated them in CS2 yet. (due to death of batteries)
My drawings consist of oranges in a net, a onion (crap), eggs in a eggbox and a shoe. (all colour)
Got PE next.. but havn't got my kit with me as I was convinced that it was this morning, and my media exam would run over it. Lucky me has now got to explain to pe teacher (for the second time).

I got a C!
Just got my mock results back for my maths exam- I got a C! So I am, well....chuffed!!! Those of your who don't know already I really struggle with maths and got, a E last year! I actually had to see my paper to believe it!
And, Snow warnings are all over the BBC, Met Office and met check sites so who knows- school might be closed tomorrow! (Wohheee!) So, watch this space. If there really is a God up there, please take note. Thanks.
One bad thing though, I feel cr*p at the moment. I have a cold, sore throat and cant make my self heard if I try and talk for more than 8 seconds.
